Bruce Matt (Manager BPM Entertainment, Thank you Soundbird and Silverfox for your comments. I am working very hard with Steakout to improve things for Karaoke singers. Crown Casino have different views on karaoke and I am trying to educate them to keep all parties happy. We are making progress and look forward to changes over the next few weeks. This is not a venue for diehard Karaoke singers it is a relaxed atmosphere for a " Chill out" at the end of a hard week to relax and sing a few songs. Sound, has been adressed and is being fixed as the venue was not designed with Karaoke in mind. To give you an example, It has taken 4 weeks just to get the O.K. to run the Karaoke lyrics on to a big screen. There is foldback by the way, directly above you in the trussing. We are getting there
