From the Where2sing.com singers' feedback on karaoke gigs: This karaoke gig runs weekly 5pm-Midnight on Sundays Part 2: Overall, the venue has done a lot of things right with the renovation (though seating is still sparse) and while the operators aren't the grouchers they used to be (at least not on the occasion I went), the list is still sorted by song only, it's still woefully out of date and the there's a great many songs that have the wrong artist listed. So, what's right with this place and what's wrong? For starters, the place looks beautiful and has the capacity to attract some really great people but unfortunately the vibe seems to be stuck in second gear. The crowd is to blame for a lot of it, when the most up-beat song is Tie A Yellow Ribbon, I have to wonder if there's karaoke on at an RSL that they can go to instead. I'd like to see the song list updated and all balads/country/golden oldies deleted. An influx of fresh blood (patron wise) and the usual suspects being upset they can't do My Way and leaving might just be what this place needs...
