This karoake competition is open to all levels of singers. Professionals are welcome! This has seen some absolutely awesome talent and the end result will be a fantastic presentation of high standard singing! As one person from the staff put it after the last comp... "It was like a concert!" It is a very large venue and sometimes has around 200 spectators! So get your nerves in check before you get up on this stage, perhaps a nip of port will do! Being a market, there's a great choice of food in the food hall, so bring the family for a meal! There is a small bar and the owner Nick is so friendly, in fact all the staff in the stalls are really supportive of the karaoke, for example the Jackson's fish and chip shop quite often hang over the counter watching and listening intently! The cleaning ladies,are in awe at the talent stopping to watch and supportive of the singers as well! It's like one big family here! The crowd is appreciative and houses a lot of spectators enjoying a meal out! The stage is set high up and we have an enormous projected screen for all to sing along to above! I'm looking forward the finals again and the poor judges will be ripping their hair out for this one again! Cheers, guys, Tereza
