Hosts Rod and Lee have been doing karaoke around the district for the last 15 years and have finally bought a local bar where this is a regular feature. Rod's cheeky and irreverant humour and big repertoire of double entendres make for a great foil for a broad but generally good range of singers and a songlist that features some 5500 plus songs PTB's (as it is known locally) has it's core regulars (should that be hardcore?) but has a very welcoming attitude to all. The musical themed decor makes and interesting study while sipping or shotting one of Lee's recently developed list of cocktails, waiting to sing, or shooting the breeze with friends or locals. While there is a big screen telly in the main room to encourage audience participation a second telly normally has the footy on for that partner that might be more interested in the scores than the singing. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, leaving a "don't wanna go home" feeling, particularly if the regular bar specials and open fire has done its job.
