Well, another week and another trip to a new Melbourne venue!! This time myself and 2 friends from Geelong made the big trip up the Fwy. The Palace really lives up to it's name, a very nice pub and....Grand as a Palace! Nat & Matt are the most original hosts I've seen for awhile!! Nat with her harmonies and striking good looks ;) along with Matt and his whacky 80's big hair and spandex leopard tights which are....well.....yeah! 80's!! LOL!! Oh, even though the above says "no foldback needed here", Matt does actually have it there if needed. Sound quality is exceptional and due to the numbers not being overly huge tonight, got to sing 6 songs! Oh, I won the heat too!! Thanks guys!! LOL!! The only thing that I could come close to picking on is the singers mic. I think it could be a little off, not sure if it was because I wasn't used to it or not though. It also may be that I am spoilt by some of the equipment I have used elsewhere that you may never have at any regular gig! LOL! (worst of having mates in the industry!!) But all in all, a great gig! Get along to it Melbourne, it needs your support!! I'll be back for sure! :) Thanks for a great night Nat & Matt & the staff at The Palace! :)
