Sorry PollyPhonic that my gig isn't your cup-of-tea and that you were so disappointed but that’s perfectly ok, as after all it is totally your opinion and choice, but one question I have if you were indeed their on the night and did feel that you weren’t being looked after in what you said, then why didn’t you just simply say something or even perhaps had a quick chat with me, I don’t bite and always happy to take on board good constructive advice; however and so to even the boat a little for the others that may read your feedback, we have many others who do say the exact opposite to you and do also highly recommend us to their friends and others etc; anyway enough of that, and LB! Yes, you are spot on! Oh also by the way, it was good to see you again, “the needless talking” is a contractual obligation, advertising the Hotel’s in-house entertainment for the week in fact. FMK is committed to make sure that everyone, regardless of who they are, are always made to firstly feel welcomed and looked after and that we are very determine to ensure this and that you all do have a good time and enjoy yourselves. So having said this, and to the best of my knowledge along with 99.9% of feedback provided and passed directly to me, (admitting apart from yours Polly the .01%), is that they all leave our gigs at the end of the evening feeling that they have experience the best karaoke show they have ever been to, and did have a fantastic time.
