I would just like to clarify a couple of things about the post below. 1. In no way was I seriously implying that Mary or any of her staff post comments on their own gig about themselves. I am well aware that any of Mary's staff would be severely reprimanded should this happen. 2. When I said "now defunct" gig, I actually meant "now defunct" gig listing. Also, that this was made defunct due to the venue being closed down and not due to something within Mary's control. Last of all, if anyone got any impression that I was putting Mary's shows down, this is not the case. I have nothing but praise for what Mary does at her shows and actually look up to her and what she does. She is one of the most charismatic hosts you will ever come across and also a very good friend. All I can say is keep up the good work Mary and Corey, you're both an asset to the Melbourne Karaoke Scene! And yes, next time I will be more careful. :)
