This is a concern as we often have bistro patrons with children that want to sing & to my knowledge, provided they are accompanied by an adult, can sit in the Auditorium until they need to leave due to the clubs licencing requirements at 9:30pm. Unsure if our visitor informed us of an underager singing, but usually if we're advised we make an effort to slip them in as the first round regularly takes 1 1/2 hours & to the untrained eye, can look "empty" even when there are a few singers already listed. We're not known for wasting time between singers as there's usually too many to allow us that luxury, however, if we're talking about last Friday, we had the quietest night we've had in a long time, with the first round taking only 45/50 minutes, so we must be discussing an older visit. In any event, I will re-confirm with the management the clubs general rules as I don't understand why they had trouble getting in as the Bistro is always full of kids. My apologies to our Visitor, its not how we like our first impressions to go. Gary.
