This karaoke gig runs
weekly 10:30pm-2am on Thursdays

Host is unfriendly, Sound is terrible and too soft! Vocal mix is lower than music. If you love to sing you will hate it. You hear your voice accoustically on stage and not through the PA. No top end. Dead/flat spots between songs (like no music at all or announcements). One mic faulty and it took the host more than half way through the song to realize. Song books are grubby and tattered. Host does not appreciate you asking to have your vocals turned up. He says he is a professional. The host on 26th Jan 06 did not make you feel welcome as stated by a previous comment left by a singer. He must have had a different host. No compression used on vocals and no effects. NO FUN. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED to find this Karaoke Venue that has been around for such a long time is in one word TIRED! On a positive note.. Bar Staff was great.
