9th Feb 2006 Another great night at the ACT,a comfortable rotation of 24 singers and a lively and enthusiastic audience...It was great to see Nikki B again.....winner of many Karaoke and Idol comps and a very nice girl to boot with an incomparable and powerful voice in only a small package.....LOL (sorry Nik) At the moment she is working semi professionally as a singer Vikki blew us all away as usual with her very powerful voice.....she would also be capable of making it professionally as a singer but I think she just prefers to stick to Karaoke ..'aint we the lucky ones! ..LOL....Troy`s version of 'Bright Lights' never ceases to be a crowd pleaser and 'DONKS' certainly has become the ACT`s resident Axel Rose!!...Shaye improves every week and her version of 'Respect' was awesome!..Great to see Martin again ...over the year or so that he has been singing with us his 'Stage Fright' has all but disappeared and now gets up there with the best of them...Its a pity we only see him every couple of months or so as he lives in Toowoomba ...His and Tony's version of 'The House of the Rising Sun' was memorable to say the least ..LOL A very good night Indeed......come back next Thursday so we can do it all over again ..LOL
