An interesting one and I'm not sure how to tackle this... Lovely venue which starts on time and goes through to midnight. Good loud sound (although the music is too soft and needs to be mixed up) with foldback 'n lights and bits. Songlist is average size but I couldn't find anything that I'm used to singing which was suprising so bring your own discs. Now.. the host. He started off perking up the evening but got really annoying as we approached the end. This guy was having way too much bloody fun with himself. I am not paying $50 a night to listen to a standup comedy show - I am there to SING. If he just shutup then I'm sure the rotation time of 2.5 hours could be pulled in a bit. As it is, I suspect the crowd was inflated for openning night so I'll be interested to see what its like in a couple of weeks. I suspect a massive drop in numbers back to a normal sized rotation.
