From the Where2sing.com singers' feedback on karaoke gigs:
This karaoke gig runs
weekly 8:30pm-2:30am on Wednesdays

Hi all, this fledgling gig is growing very nicely with a good mix of locals and visitors from neighbouring & outer suburbs, average 40 to 60 people. Last night we had a visit from "Death Of Art" a young "Evancescence" styled band which were impressive. The Xchange Jam band is up around the 12 musician mark now plus an average of 4 band vocalists, featuring drums, bongos, bass with rhythm/acoustic/electric guitars. Still hoping to entice keyboard, "harp", brass & woodwind muso's, infact other strings would also be great. Last night featured duelling electrics Gibson vs Fender which was pretty powerful. In terms of muso's, we're missing some female instrumentalists for balance - to mix it up a bit for the "boys" !! With a dozen or so karaoke singers the evening was a great mix of music genre, a couple of the muso's are european born & contribute their cultural influences to the music pie. Age range is on average 18 to 60, with a mix of experienced professionals, mature "tinkerers", new talent and students of all of the above. Teens are welcome with legal guardians in small quantities; the muso's & singers very supportive of all contributions. The Manager, Staff and Owner get involved and contribute so the whole evening is relaxed, social and very interactive. Still working with "brackets" we alternate with a "Karaoke" bracket, then a "live" bracket, each last about 45-60 mins. We hope to see you soon!!!
