From the Where2sing.com singers' feedback on karaoke gigs: This karaoke gig runs weekly 8pm-Midnight on Wednesdays To “By (a singer) sorry you didn’t enjoy our show but hey we can’t and probably don’t appeal to everyone’s taste. We have mainly a younger crowd of people with a mixture of males and females. Last Wednesday there were 35 singers of which 14 were females. We have many of the latest hits which do contain four letter words and yes if they are in the song then they are allowed to sing them. After all this is a Hotel and all are adults and you can hear the same songs played on Triple J anyway. As to singers using four letter words just for the fun of it, this is definitely frowned upon and I have and will turn a singers mic off if this continually happens. My self and my daughter (who co-hosts with me) have always had the believe, that constructive criticism can only lead to a better show and that’s why I have previously written these words on here. “If we can improve our Karaoke show in anyway please let me know either by posting here, email, giving me a call on the mobile or tell us directly on a Wednesday night at Peakhurst Inn.” We have been at Peakhurst Inn for over 3 years now and this is the first time that we have received a negative. So to “By (a singer) please come back to Peakhurst Inn and discus with me what you perceive to be the problems and we will definitely listen.
