From the Where2sing.com singers' feedback on karaoke gigs: This karaoke gig runs weekly 9pm-1am on Saturdays Not a bad pub. I have been there for dinner once before, but not tonight however I do remember that the food was good. This show is run by Black Sheep Entertainment with Glen and Vicki, both are very nice people that Mick and I have known for quite a few years. No fold back speaker on the floor though and I thought that the sound had a little too much echo, but as I said, my opinion. Some people might like it that way. Probably about 20 singers (possibly more after Mick and I left just after 11PM) and one especially gifted singer. Jenny who is vision impaired and WOW does she have a voice!! Gee whiz she can sing. I would have loved to have spoken to the lady who obviously was a care giver to her about her entering the talent contest at CCC, but I did not think that it was the right place to do that. Had I seen her outside of karaoke I would have mentioned it to her as I have seen both this lady and Jenny before. Host (Glen) is quite talkative but seems to do most of his hosting from sitting down at the console area. I am used to hosts standing up and giving the singer the microphone, each to their own I suppose. A bit late starting, but that can happen with the best of shows. A fairly good night.
