Sadly...our very successfull 4 year relationship with the Albany Creek Tavern is coming to an end. The Manager in his infinite wisdom and breathtaking arrogance has replaced us with another host.I find it rather tragic that the news of our demise was relayed to us via an Email all in capital letters!and even had the audacity to suggest that just in case the new host didn`t work out after 3 months...... he would ask us back. True Story!! We have had some great times over the past 4 years and indeed some amazing support from previous management..... we have made many long lasting friendships and even though last night started out as a very good night indeed ..as the news spread around the Venue..... a strange hush fell over the crowd with some even visibly upset. To the new host?....good luck.....you will need it!......and depite what you and your oversized and hugely inflated ego may think....your shows and your hosting are is that good my friend!..this view is supported by many ...a view which is also supported by W2S reviews. We noticed you slithering around the ACT a couple of months back after having closed your own venue early due to lack of support...and Indeed you also had the audacity not long ago..... to spend an almost entire evening at the Royal George Hotel after a "no show" at your own venue...its rather tragic that you feel the need to ride on the back of someone elses success.I trust you are fully confident in your ability to maintain your current venues? and whilst I certainly am not into revenge or retribution I will also NOT allow ROVICS karaoke to be dismissed or trivialised by you or anyone else!!of that you can be certain! A bigthank you to the regulars and patrons of the ACT for a very enjoyable 4 years!!We will be at the ACT for another 2 weeks....... lets go out with a bang guys!! Vic
