As visitors from WA and staying @ beautiful Sunshine Coast it was recommended by the guys @ Capital Karaoke to give this gig a go. That we did on our first Tues in Noosa 2nd Jan 2007 ,what a blast ,being from the south coast of WA we were blown away by the amount of human beings in this hamlet! The Surf club was great and only reiterated the friendliness we found in this region during our 10 day stay, as a WA KJ this break was purely research and development for my wife and I and as we intended to sing all the time the club offered us that opportunity four nights a week! We had completed a good day @ CK in Maroochiedore spent some money on upgrade equipment and were now ready to relax and enjoy the fellowship of Karaoke, Allan started up on time and presented a great welcome to all visitors he opened the show professionally and his choice of music and singing was excellent the sound was good with ample stage room.The only issue I could find was the song menu it was around 1200 songs and did miss a lot of old favourites however it did mention in the books preamble (which is pretty long) they may have your choice in another larger book we did request this unfortunately only one of our four was available. We had four songs that night (good going) considering the huge crowd and the atmosphere was electric with holiday makers.We had to return again and again!
