The gig runs every second Friday night but you should always check. They have a 'bistro' open 'til about 8pm. Karaoke is in the back of the club. There's a wierdly arranged songbook arranged in catagories that make some kind of sense. If you're looking for a particular song ask for the Artist book (I think there's only one). The sound really should be good but the host sometimes plays with the mix too much. Singer rotation is fair. Not much room to move about if you don't know the song as the monitor puts you between it and a window about three feet behind you. Usually smallish enthusiastic crowd with a mix of young/old & good/bad singers. They have a comp continuously running. Last final was Friday 23rd March 2007. They usually have 3 - 4 finals per year with $1000 1st, $200 2nd, $100 3rd. I've heard that this may change to a total pool of $1000 ($700, $200, $100).
