The initial singer as i entered this gig was a tattooed guy with a singlet on and pretty much screaming into the mic a rather heavy song. The crowd was also small and i was thinking it may not be a great gig, but was pleasantly surprised. That initial singer actually entertained ok and was not out of tune at all either. The follow up of singers from the small group was good and because there were few singers there originally, Kenny would let them sing 2 songs in a row. The sound was not brilliant but it caters for the atmosphere fine. The songlist is extensive and I spent the night singing many songs i had either never sung or not sung in a while. The host was very friendly and easygoing and as the punters came through the door he adjusted his rotation system accordingly. The crowd were all appreicative and everyone seemed to really enjoy the night. A rare gig where you get to sing over 5 songs for a few hours. Definitely go back there again. Rates above many of the more 'voted' gigs!!
