(Actually this was at Sylvesters on Tuesday 1 Nov) pub right in the centre of Chevron Island, plenty of local parking, good & effective security, friendly & efficient barstaff, fairly smoky environment, drinks at normal pub prices, some comfortable seating, a stage for singers, professional sound system, good sound quality, no foldback, standard mics, large screen behind singer, good range of songs, all genres/ages of songs, wide range of singer quality, good mix of singer types, expect 1 to 2 songs each hour, fair singer rotation, crowd of about 50 to 60, mostly 20's and 30's, expect some applause, karaoke comp running when I was there, comp for all over 18yo, heats judged by the host, judged by total performance,
