OK, the entry conditions for our Karaoke Promotion are finalized & are as follows: A). Entry forms can be obtained from the hosts in each of 3 sessions (( the first one & a half hours (8pm to 9:30pm), the last one & a half hours (11:30pm to 1am), & the middle two hours.)) provided that the singer has a song on the song list within those session times. Note 1: it doesn't matter if you have sung the song, only that you have it on the list. As an example, this is to allow for waiting time, intended to be fair to those that arrive at 9pm, but don't get to sing until 9:45pm. Note 2: it is the singers responsibility to request the entry form. B). Each entrant must write their full name on the entry slip, at which time your host will validate it by date stamp & initialing. It will also be logged in a registration book for auditing & scrutineering purposes if required. The singer will then place it themselves in a barrel. Note: Max no: of entry slips per person across the 10 weeks duration period is 30, assuming they attend every night, all night & don't forget to ask the host for a ticket. C). The $1000 will be given away at Midnight on 25th April 2008, by random draw from the barrel, by someone present on the night.. If the prize is not claimed within 4 minutes there will be re-draws until such time as the prize is claimed.
