I have not missed a week coming here since my first visit. It’s a revelation when the hosts and the venue’s management respond to constructive criticisms – in person, in writing and in actual improvements. This venue is slowly but surely building up a loyal following, comprising: the original regulars, 3 distinct age-groups of new regulars (the largest group being late teens to early 20s, a group of 20 and 30 somethings, and the over 40 brigade): and the good thing is that everyone interacts with everyone else, and we all know each other by name! I see new faces every week – last night there were 11 new faces (5 singers amongst them, 2 of whom took out the 1st and 3rd nightly prizes); last week there were 14 new faces (and 5 singers amongst them, 3 of whom took out all the 3 nightly prizes awarded). Would be interesting to compare this place as it is now to what it was 5 years ago when Nat and Matt started their Show here??!!
