Huge night again last night, had to close the books at 8:30pm with 43 singers, it's really hard to say no, to people and trying to explain to the guys that came up after coming in after 8:30pm that we had that many singers so early. It's was perplexing reading a few reviews a week or so ago about the Band Club being "so boring" and the discussions of rotations and the quality of singers well let me say this the quality of singers their is magic and joan and i love them. This was a normal week at The Band Club what I can say to the other comments about "same old same old" I can say this, bring it on and keep it coming cos last night was brilliant. Everyone had a great time. It really inspires Joan and I when people join in and let their hair down (or take it off). Next week's Australia Day Beach Party is cranking up to be a beauty!!!!!!!!!!! Myself I'll be preparing for my "Beach Party Look/Costume" I'll beon the beach all week getting my costume perfect, LOBSTER look a like!!!!!!!!!!! See you all there on Sunday. Dare we say, Celebrating a great day in the greatest Country in the World.
