I'm not going to engage in an argument here, but having reviewed and attended a lot of gigs in several countries over the last few years of where2sing.com's existence, I make careful note of details during a show so that I can write accurately about it later. If however, later any detail escapes me or I'm less than sure of my memory or observation, then I include this with my comment. You have a decent gig there, unfortunately not quite as portrayed by your descriptions, and I therefore saw value in reviewing it here so that W2Sers are not going to expect a gig of equivalent level to that at Chatswood RSL. I don't always introduce myself at gigs, and particularly not when the host and owner are engaged in a public heated discussion and seem less than welcoming to the audience - my review is for the benefit of singers. It may serve your business well to describe your gigs as accurately as possible whilst avoiding overstatements that may cause disappointment and less than thrilling reviews, but I recognise that your business is still in its early days, I applaud you on entering the industry with good equipment, a very nice presentation especially the large entrance poster, and I do wish you every success.
