(...continued) The All About songlist is inevitably one of a kind, and this one was no different - whilst it looked printed within the last decade, and was substantially larger than those I remember at perhaps 3000 songs (with half a dozen versions of many), a lot of the pages were faintly printed and hard to read, and the reverse of each page was so faint and out of order that I think it was actually an aborted trial run where the printer was almost out of ink; and although held in a soft binder, the pages had been punched at different angles and giving the impression that a young child had assembled these songlists. But the real success of All About gigs is that they have either been in a venue so long that it has turned into a good venue despite everything, or that All About has been around so long that it inevitably gets called back to a venue which has managed to rise above the odds and now falls back into All About's lap.
