From the Where2sing.com forum:

Mic Rophone - You haven't been stood up, there is plenty going on, it is just that this forum is really not the place to discuss it. People have said that this is not the place to air 'dirty laundry' so it really is better not to discuss this issue on here. Sorry if this sounds cryptic. A lot of people don't know the full story, but eventually it will all come out, it is doing that slowly but surely. A lot of people have been hurt by one person and I am one of the ones who have been hurt. It really is better to leave this one as it is at present, I have had enough upset in the past few weeks to last a lifetime. Let me just say this, there are times that I just don't know what makes people do the things that they do.

Enjoy the rest of your night, I am trying to change the colour of a computerised Christmas bell and have to do it section by tiny section and it is driving me NUTS!!!

To 'Miss Mistletoe' I am sure that whatever karaoke shows you go to will have some kind of Christmas party on closer to Christmas and the host will advise you if it is dress up or not. Most people tend to have Christmas T-shirts, Santa hats, the felt reindeer horns or something equally good to wear for Christmas. I can't imagine any of the karaoke shows that I know of NOT having something 'Christmassy' on between now and the BIG DAY!! I imagine that Mick (my husband and a host) will no doubt have some kind of Christmas party on at the Band Club and/or Windsor RSL. Maybe we might catch up sometime around any of the gigs that I have mentioned that I attend. I hope you are having an enjoyable night.

Meet karaoke hosts and singers in the Where2sing.com forums . . .

Or visit the forums where both singers and hosts meet and chat - including State-chat forums where you can make friends whom you'll meet up with at a venue near you.

And there are the Gig Reviews, the constantly updated 'National Top 10 Karaoke Venues' chart, specialised lists of venues for Under 18s and currently running Competitions, lists for karaoke rooms, restaurants, karaoke hosts and supplliers, and karaoke news from all around the workd.

Of course, the best way to keep up to date is by opting in for the FREE weekly Karaoke News Email.
