Mic Rophone: The advice is taken with the good grace that it was given. Thank you. Today is the 2nd day of the of my life.

I think that one of my failings (and yes I am not too proud to admit to it either) is that I am easily 'baited' by some people, but that is something that I am learning to deal with.

I am getting on with life, I have a business to run, the office side of Mick's painting business to run, and there are more important things in life than karaoke. Karaoke should remain what it is meant to be, a place to go and sing and see friends that have been made there. When the show is over, leave and don't think about it any more. I suppose one problem with being married to a host is that we do tend to discuss the show when we are home from karaoke. Most of the people that Mick and I have met through karaoke have been really nice, of course there are the exceptions but I won't go there with that.

The karaoke Christmas parties will soon be starting and I am looking forward to them. I have seen some funny things at past karaoke Christmas parties. Some things that people wear are hilarious, but it is all in the fun and good spirit of the Christmas season. Mick is currently talking about the Christmas party that will be held at the Band Club, I am not sure of the date on that one and he has to run it by George first, but whenever it is, it should be a good night.

Well this doesn't get the work done, so have a good day everyone.
