I was more making the point that if their emailling these complaints then they have internet access and would mostly be paying for it. Where2Sing is cheaper than this cost so therefore I'd consider them cheapstakes.
WAP (or SMS) access is available on most handsets, unlike internet, and people are willing to pay 55c+ for information snips delivered by this medium so could be an option for those wanting to 'dip'. Of course, you could guess why I made the suggestion ;)
We aren't paying for the information, which indeed is mostly collected by the community, rather the technology to capture, catagorise and display this information. And there ain't anything like it anywhere.
Oh, and I agree, its great fun watching these email dialogs so keep 'em going postal.
