Prizes for a host with 2 venues in the Top 10? Congratulations, yes, but I think this has been achieved before - both by Rising Star and by Rovics, and even perhaps by Funda.
I've been to the Royal English, and I think you're exaggerating wildly with your crowd size estimate (30-40 packs that place), as seemed to be the case with the two of your other venues that I visited. I admire self promotion by a host, but there does need to be some reality applied. But as far as providing email addresses, you have previously told me that you take singers home at the end of the night and show them how to Sign In and vote for your venues on W2S, so really what you are asking me is all a trifle silly. There is no amount of self-promotion on W2S that will replace a host genuinely improving their own show so that it attracts and keeps new singers - to promise more than a show delivers is an unwise business strategy.
And finally to Kevin of Funda in the post below this... I'm presuming that you're referring to my post 'Yes, I'll agree with that! Back off and let us fight this one to the death...' - are you serious. or did you simply not have your All Bran for breakfast this morning? Firstly, that post was in answer to Kev, and secondly it was in humour (check what 'lol' means). And as for deleting votes, when you and your wife encourage your employees and family (or perhaps it is just yourselves) to use multiple Hotmail/Yahoo addresses to pump up your votes and write shills into the General Forum (as I guess everyone can see in the last few posts there), then it becomes so difficult to determine in any of these email addresses really represents real individuals, that the only course of action is to scratch them all and start again. If you don'want this kind of result, then simply don't engage in such questionable tactics.
