| From the Where2sing.com forum: Well 2007 is here and starting off with a wet day but this has to be good for the gardens.
Firstly, thank you Joan and Foster for having the show that they do, for it was at their show that I first got up and sang, Thank you Joan for the encouragement to sing into the microphone that night. Next, thank you to Roz and Mick and all the crew for providing the venues for me to continue my new found joy, for your advise and patience when I drove you nuts re the competition but overall for your friendship. Following on is Chris and Sue and also Kev, for their shows that allowed me to trial out new songs and different sounds.
I would like to thank all those who I have met during this past year and for the advise and complients that you have given me BUT most of all I would like to thank you for the friendships I have made.
I hope that all have had a safe and joyful christmas and new year and that 2007 gets better and better for everyone.
Lastly. THANK YOU David for providing a forum where people can go and post their views and opinions but also for providing a fantastic site for finding new venues.
