- Its Tuesday, I can't go out every night of the week. The earliest local gig for me is Kellys on King Wednesday nights and I can walk there meaning I can have a beer or two. Plus, its got a low ratio of singers to audience meaning you get a couple of numbers in yet your not singing to a blank wall.
- The songlist at CCC is the other unit that doesn't have all the songs I'm used to from Vic on the Park. I kind of struggle to find something I'm inspired to sing. At the Vic or any of Rob's gigs I can easily glance at the back and get inspired with a couple of numbers.
- The comfort factor. At the Vic, Everything Entertainment and Entain gigs I know exactly what songs I'll find and how I'll sound consistently. Like the comfortable bugs bunny slippers I'd wear if I could get away with it.
