I dont mind subscribing, I do mind having to pay to list my gigs in full because this should have been outlined in the information for hosts prior to the subscription being put in place (but i will even concede to pay this but $1 per week per gig would be more reasonable). I know I subscribed thinking that my listing would still be able to be viewed in full by everyone.Singers cant get full details now and whilst there are a few who do use the posts and such, many many more just use the site for gig info which is now not available to them. Hence we subscribe and get less, and once again whilst a few hosts use the forums etc a lot more just use the site to get people to the gigs and yes you keep comming back with the other bennefits, forums, just listed and removed gigs etc, but we find this information out very quickly ourselves anyway, singers talk. But i am getting sick to death of everything recently comming down to how much can you get for this and for that. Your free beer idea was met favourably by the few hosts that do contribute regularly to the forum but now that is a no go, why no money in it for you!!!!!Dont get me wrong, i know how much work goes into web sites and costs involved, but you started this off to bennefit the Karaoke Industry but doing the maths you are trying to reap more than you sow, after all without all the imput from the hosts, singers and visitors, where would this site be.
