| From the Where2sing.com forum: Funda Down Unda... thanks for your perspective, and I have canned the idea of hosts paying for 'public' listings. Listings can be seen in full by subscribers, and in part by non-subscribers.
But as far as thinking that non-subscribers would be able to see your gigs in full once you'd subscribed as a host, since this wasn't the case for yourself as a non-subscriber, I wonder how you gained this impression? The deal was (and is) that you, the subscriber, can see everything when you subscribe.
The 'Free Beer' idea is still on the cards if hosts get behind it. But encouragement by only a couple of hosts doesn't warrant the hours that need to be spent to write this feature into the site. Perhaps host are waiting to see the reaction of singers, so if the singers on this forum welcome the idea, please speak up.
