There you go, like I said, there are many venues who would welcome a mature-aged-crooner of Cole Porter greats. Now you have 2 venues - from a club venue (Knox Club) to a restaurant venue (MALAYA). For something in between, and far closer to Elsternwick where you live, is the ALMA SPORTS CLUB 10 minutes drive from Elsternwick - it's on Fridays. I have not been even though it's only a 3-minute-drive from home - I work Friday nights - but from the reviews, it may be just the right spot for you. Go to the Gig Listings and read about it.
