Even the good Hosts had to start somewhere my dear.
Remember a good Host got there by listening, excepting feedback and trying to improve their shows.
A bad Hosts is not necessary someone just starting out that is still learning, it’s a Host that will not listen and thinks they know everything and does not strive to be better
