Have just received a response from Music Maestro in relation to my request. They say if I have received the licence from the authorities from Australia then it is okay with them.
It has taken a few back and forward responses from both parties to get to the finale okay, however I have found the companies have been okay with request once they know that I have gone to the correct authority first.
I am wondering about Zoom. Will follow up when I have received further responses from different companies.

Many thanks for your update. I'm quite surprised that these companies are willing to give you permission quite as easily as they do, and perhaps very few people ask them.
Are they giving you permission to make a copy to keep as a backup, or to make a copy that you will use at gigs instead of the original, or to make a copy that you can use as you feel fit (as in, you could use it as well as the original)?
