| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi Kit........I feel that each venue must decide what they want for the sucess of there own Comp , if that means trying to attract patrons from ' out-side ' the norm for there venue , well so be it , if it means that they wish to make the Comp more of a ' in-house ' thing , well so be it .. never the less what ever are ' the rules ' are You are the one who makes the choice wheather to patronise the venue or not , so from that point of view it should make little or no differance what the venues rules are , as long as this is well advertise prior to the starting of the Comp..
