Our society is just like that unfortunately it's becoming apart of everyday life. So yes having knowledge to defend yourself is good but company is better.
Catman: I sympathise with your sons, but unfortunately once they armed themselves even though it was with sticks they stepped over the clause for defending yourself 'reasonable force'. Which, as i understand, basically means if someone has no weapon you can't use a weapon to defend yourself. So some of Johnny B advice would have been useful such as going for the eyes, throat and joints of the body are all good targets and if attacked by a group take out the biggest and ugliest first the others will hesitate after that...
But if all else fails sing the song 'I get knocked down, i get back up again' by tubthumping...lol
Kev: it would be nice if the world was sweet but it ain't. I'd rather be prepared in case, rather than bury my head and pretend it won't happen to me, cause one day it just might..
So what's the facination with comps?? Doesn't it take away the idea of karaoke as being a fun, relaxed form of entertainment?
