| From the Where2sing.com forum: Well the idea is starting up and as like last time your advice and ideas are of great value. I will be looking at doing it in say 6-8 weeks from now and will be promoting it as much as possile. Sydney needs to have a event each year it is great for the industry.
I would like to have a Karaoke show trade day but the market is not sizeable to support it.
The swap meet is about moving hand me down goods to people that could use it. EG. host selling of unwanted gear to singers and so on. The BBQ is about meeting and sharing ideas and promoting the industry the fundraiser is to give a helping hand. the whole thing is about social get together to meet up with each other. The comps are just a bit of fun.
