Not that I want to correct what 'Puss in Boots' has written but the date is actually Tuesday 27th March. It will be a bit sad to see the end of karaoke at this club after over 4 years of Tuesday night karaoke and in answer to Leather Baron's question, yes the Saturday shows have been 'canned' as well, that happened quite a while ago. Like 'Puss' I would like to see all the former regulars come along and join us in ONE HELL OF A PARTY!!! EVERYONE IS INVITED. Karaoke commences early at 6.30PM. Catman it would be nice to see you at this venue again, you and Ray were among the people who came to the first show at CCC.
As for my own feelings on this venue closing, well I have been in three talent contests there, have got as far as the semi finals in two of them and have made quite a few new friends along the way. I will miss it, but there is life after a show ends, and hopefully there will be other venues. I will miss the restaurant, the food there is good and I highly recommend the lasagne!!
So the invitation is there to all of you who wish to avail yourself of it. Let's make this one show that will be talked about for quite a while to come.
