I spoke to Virginia on Thursday night and asked her if there was any way that Band Club staff found out about forthcoming events before the general public does and she said she never gets to hear anything, so maybe you are hearing things from management that possibly is priviledged information and as such should not be written on this forum. I will re-iterate, I don't know about a talent contest as yet, I imagine that if it does happen then by the time I find out about it then everyone else will know about it too. So my advice would be that until you hear anything OFFICIALLY about any talent contest that MAY OR MAY NOT happen at the Band Club to let the matter drop.
