| From the Where2sing.com forum: catman...sorry to hear the sad news about Jimmy...i met Jimmy at Seven Hills RSL one night, under the bright lights his white jacket and hat shone so bright...it was one of my first tastes of seeing a caberet kind of act at karaoke...Jimmy was a seasoned karaoke performer on stage.....I liked his stand of performing karaoke to seriously entertain...he sung 'My Way' perfectly..and received a resounding applause with the mostly 20's crowd...I can say he made an impression on my young cousin, who is now, singing in a band to want to then seriously forward her career . I bought a couple of bright coloured shirts as result and will wear my drizabone and hat to ..in Jimmy's memory next time I sing.
