| From the Where2sing.com forum: Noting the front page story.. Scruffy Murphy's changed my perspective on drag queens and karaoke.. after years of friends saying its really bad, not worth it which is actually the complete opposite of what I found. I don't entirely agree with the culture but I have to say they put on a damn entertaining show. I think its the filthy, rude but curiously unoffensive brand of humour that bubbles throughout the show. Show ponies may well be cut down to size if they lack a black sense of humour but thats not a bad thing mes' thinks. So, drop the preconceptions and give it a try!
