Don't get your point about the physical recoding of a sound being a copyright issue??!!?? I can't see my front door laying a law-suit on me if I record the sound it makes when it is slammed shut ... by me!! LOL!!

Same experience with emailed queries and enquiries. And it's the local businesses which are the culprits - overseas businesses respond pretty promptly, and are very courteous too with their replies I might add.
When I had my restaurant / venue for 3 years we do got heaps of emailed queries and bookings, but, to my annoyance (and surprise) 90% of these originated from NSW!! That's right folks - 9 out of every 10 of such emails are NOT from Victorians, but came from NSW!! And I had to reluctantly tell them sorry, we are in Melbourne!!
What do we make of that?? Victorians do not book via emails?? Victorians do not use the net as much for research and everday stuff?? NSW people are more techologically savvy than Victorians??
