| From the Where2sing.com forum: OH and for funny songs, there's always the ones where you get up and sing a song TOTALLY not meant for a person like you... IE an aging male with grey hair gets up and sings Britney's 'I'm not a girl, not yet a woman' ...or a female gets up and does Villiage People's 'Macho Man' or um... Queen's 'fat bottomed girls' (or whatever the title is) could be quite amusing if done the right way.
A few tom jones numbers could be funny... 'sex bomb' maybe? and sing I'M and sex bomb instead of YOU'RE a sex bomb
I like to challenge myself with my songs, and would love one day to do one of those male/female duets covering both parts.
I have done Bobbie Gentry's 'I'll never fall in love again' before and one of these days will change the line 'After you do he'll never phone ya' to 'after you do he'll never bone ya' LOL
All these ideas that have been put forward though... 80% of it is DELIVERY though of course. The most mundane song can be entertaining if you've got the flair to sass it up. (which i don't yet)
