| From the Where2sing.com forum: Tom , yes it is harder fronting a band as you are singing anything up to 30 songs maybe more anight and yes you really must memorize the songs so you can put your stamp on them with singing with feeling , light & shade etc , plus you are being paid to perform well and if you are not up to the task you'll find that hunger soon follows hehee , i don't know about the female comment though as my wife has a selection of 300 + in her rupture , but she is an ex-pro also and has an outstanding vocal range , but there has been many many great female singers solo and in bands over the years , it all depends on what takes her fancy , Wall of Sound ??? ( what do you mean by that ) cause gee's you haven't been to some of the concerts i've been too , karaoke sound comes no-where near it lol
