Ceepat: The Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's 'The Messiah' is available on most karaoke lists. I tried it. Like many great tunes it suffers in translation fo karaoke because of repetitive lyrics, not to mention that there is no true 'lead' as the parts pass around.

Singing Bee is the opposite of karaoke. Half the fun (for me at least) is NOT knowing the lyrics. Sometimes I do songs to which I know neither lyrics nor melody. A bit of host help usually gets us through.
