| From the Where2sing.com forum: Okey dokey! New time for Channel 7 audition slotted in. Excellent. Sorry folks, not allowed to say where and when as it's not an open audition as such but they do have loads of people coming apparently. I'd have preferred a later time but no matter. Will just have to hope the voice is warmed up enough and that the walk from the train station will limber me up for the dance moves they have emphasized people bring with them.
Seems a lot of trouble to go to to just appear as a contestant but who knows? Maybe it can lead to better stuff. After all, Anastacia got her break in a televised talent contest and we have already seen the success of Idols like Kelly Clarkson. Maybe just impressing the judges can get a singer a look in elsewhere too if not for the show.
Oh and what have they chosen to audition singers with? Mhm. KARAOKE!
