Lex: I will let him know what you said hun. Thank you so much. And yeah he is tough but yesterday wasnt a good day for the poor bloke. Just when he thinks he will have a good day then his temp goes up or he is in more pain than the day before. We know it will be a long road ahead, but at least he still with us, thats the most important thing. And he said you and him can go Shoe Shopping when he back on his feet...lol..
He is encouraging me to still attend karaoke at St Pats tonight but I wont know til this afternoon if Im coming or not. He seems to think that I should take ' recordings ' of him singing so that he is still ' there in spirit 'and so his ' fans ' dont miss him too much..( cheeky thing he is ). 2 of the nurses on his ward asked him his favourite songs and he said ' I sing anything..I dont sing them well but I just sing ' and they smiled and told him that what fun is about just enjoying the moment.
So Lex, Catman and Fossie n Joan if i can I will be there tonight, if not I hope you will pass on our love to Barb, Cheryl, Nellie and Ivan and John ( at the bar ) for us. Big hugs to all.
