Sorry to hear of your rough times of late especially the loss of close ones. Hope you are soon chipper and ready to party at karaoke again and to see you back at St Pats in the near future.
Just as an aside to the above, I'm hooked on the FJ's Karaoke shows now. Fossie & Joan (of FJ's) and Garry & Di (of Rising Star Karaoke) are my fave KJs in the biz thus far - and BY far. Not to detract from other hosts whose shows I also enjoy. Some have great sound but they lack the je ne sais qoi or X-Factor of these hosts. Others have the style, glitz and glamour but not the sound to match. Many have neither or they play venues that are not of much interest to me.
FJ and RSK shows make me feel good as well as sound wonderful to my ears and I believe that's the difference that MAKES the difference.
