Good on ya! You WON'T be disappointed. I probably don't have to advise you on this but it is very wise to get there earlier rather than later. Lots of singers there plus with the great prize giveaways, time gets chewed up before you know it. I think most folk only got 2 songs in last night. Still it was so worth it that even dozing off at the keyboard at the time, I was determined to give the place a good review cos it deserves it and has joined my list of fave venues. I forgot to mention the bubble and smoke machines and light show too which also add to the atmosphere in obvious but also subtle ways. Definitely worth the trip. By public transport, I'd be looking at roughly the same time as you, so given the relative comfort of a driver, the Brewhouse is DEFINITELY worth the trip.
